1980
 ¡´Established by the chairman Mr. Yuan Shi Lee,he
was also the vice chairman of San Shing Hardware
Works (world¡¦s No. 1 supplier) at that time.
1981

¡´Developed solid roller as initial product, based on
nut forming technology, this was a revolutionary
way of making rollers to all chain manufacturers in
the world. Later, collars were put into the production
line by using the same forming method.

1980-1985
 ¡´It successfully helped TAIWAN¡¦s chain industry grow
rapidly, due to high quality, prompt delivery and
reasonable price rollers were supplied by Wing Tone.
1986
 ¡´Using this one time forming method into speaker yoke
production,once again ,helped TAIWAN¡¦s speaker manufacturers
widely lower their cost and have several prosperous years since then.
1988
 ¡´Developed increasingly successful export business.
1991-1992
 ¡´Moved the plant into the current location-KUAN MIAO, in order to increase
the production capacity for rapid growth of international demand.
1993
 ¡´Developed 7-stations cold forming machine to produce high quality
rollers for JAPAN market.
1994
 ¡´Began to assemble 7-stations cold forming machine.
1995
 ¡´Awarded as the best supplier in areas of quality, cost, delivery and cooperation
for fiscal year 1995 by Panasonic.
1996
¡´ISO 9002 accredited, and replaced all 5-stations machines of 11B & 19B by 7-stations.
1998
 ¡´QS 9000 certified by BQR USA, Purchased CNC lathes & the related equipment to make the dies & toolings in house to shorten the developing time.
1999
 ¡´Successfully developed 7-stations machine of 15B to line up the production facilities.
2000
 ¡´Computerize the company into MIS system gradually.
2001
 ¡´Upgrading the 7-stations former machine of 15B that effectively increasing capacity.
2002
 ¡´Setting up our own designed tapping machines to improve the quality of threaded parts.
2003
 ¡´Invested in required facilities to decrease total cost in terms of saving time through whole
assembling machine processes, which provided a firm support, in the meantime, to our selling self-developed former machines plan.
2004
 ¡´Accomplished the simulation model --- trial-run machine to save time instead of using the
production line machines.? This new concept, multi function machine can usually speed up much
lead time of sample submission in urgent demand.
2005
 ¡´Guided TS-16949 through all our system, re-building warehouse / factory, further upgrading to
assembly new 27B former machine, and buying sorting machines for getting well-threaded
assurance to our customers
2006
 ¡´TS-16949 certified, reformed warehouse/factory, and developed, completely assembling a brand
new 50B former machine.
2007
 ¡´Aggressively planning for building an additional new factory elsewhere.
2008
 ¡´Being passed their audit, G.M. started guiding QSB into our quality system, which will
eventually enhance our competition in gaining more automotive business.
